Tax Connect was founded by Cinzia in 2022 after leaving the corporate world to return to what drives her-
interacting with clients to solve their problems.
​
She has over 25 years of experience in mobility and employees’ tax. She started her specialization in mobility and employees’ tax at PwC in South Africa before moving to EY where she became a partner in 2015, leading the Human Capital tax division for the African practice.
​
​Cinzia is passionate about advising multinational companies and their employees to optimise their mobility programmes and people tax matters.
​Over the years she has combined her deep technical knowledge in international personal tax with her firm belief in practical client centric solutions to provide comprehensive solutions.
​While her focus is South African tax law, she has extensive experience in navigating the intricacies and interactions of tax laws across the African continent and beyond.
